Meet Our Staff
Executive Director- Allison Millar Allison has a BA from Trinity College, Fl. She has over 28
years experience in Education and has been serving youth and their families at
the YSB since 2000. Allison's role as Executive Director is to assure that
the needs of the community are being met. She believes that the only way
to do this is through strong positive relationships with the youth and their
families.
Assistant Director- Fran Wheeler She is the Assistant Director at the Crawford
County Youth Service Bureau. She has spent most of her life working with
kids in all age ranges. She loves working with the kids at the YSB and she
loves very much going home in the evenings with a sense of accomplishment.
The kids never cease to make me proud.
CASH Instructor- Heather Wathen Heather is the instructor in the CASH classroom. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Indiana University Southeast. Heather enjoys helping the students earn credits they need to graduate and teaching them some of the skills they need to make it in the world.
BOSS Instructor- Tia Wilfong She has been at the CCYSB for over 17 months.
She is the BOSS instructor that oversees the suspension/expulsion youth that are
referred to the YSB. She is also the Weekend Recreation Supervisor and coordinates
the weekend activities along with making sure our youth have a fun filled time
while at the YSB. She enjoys doing a lot of things but her favorite thing is
spending time with her kids!!
